It was my first time to Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament. We celebrated our twins Fourth birthday and they loved it and want to go again. The show was awesome, the servers were friendly and stayed in character and the food was great! We will definitely return!
My parents, my two children and I had a very good time at the Medieval Times at Arundel Mills Mall near Baltimore. My tickets were cheaper with the discount they offer when you buy online. The food was great. The service was good, although people were served at different times, it was still good. There was no need to pay for VIP tickets to enjoy the show that was great. I totally recommend it. As for parking, I suggest to arrive 30 minutes early and park on other entrances of the mall.
Always a great special birthday surprise for 4 year old twins
We were at an event near Hanover on Saturday and decided last minute to go to see the show. I bought tickets on Groupon, and when I called Medieval Times to make my reservation, I was having a lot of difficulty accessing the numbers from the Groupon site on my phone. The customer service rep could not have been more patient and understanding. The call took 20 minutes (all my fault) but the rep didn’t rush me once, or act irritated in any way. Everyone is so nice and always in character. They get down to the children's levels when speaking to them. I haven enjoyed visiting with my children. I can't wait to go back...
