My 4th time there so I was familiar with the layout and routine but it can be confusing for first timers hence my 4 star rating. The food is delicious and the show is thrilling. The servers address you as Lord or M'Lady!

First time there. The sitting were like expected. It's elbow to elbow, but that's the way it was in medieval times..if you are looking for comfort go to Manhattan and see a show. If you want to go back in time, eat with your hands and cheer for your horseman then Medieval times it is.. They sell lots of things from T- Shirts to swords.. Have Fun And Enjoy. I'll be going back in July...

Really good time and good food. They tell you doors open 75 minutes before to get you to spend money in lobby. They say seating is first come first serve but that's not true.
