I wish I could give you guys more stars. I went today (Sunday, June 23rd for the 1:30 show). Every single person I dealt with was absolutely pleasant and helpful and enthusiastic. I had to change the date of my reservation and added a person last second (it was probably easier cause it was a Sunday afternoon show, but still...). The people at the call center were great, the staff outside the dining hall were great, the bartender was nice, our waiter was wonderful. My first time here with my family and we had a great time pretty costly but kids really enjoyed themselves.
Great presentation of the show, jousting, sword play, etc. Food very good, and our service was very good also. Drink prices too high, but doubt if they will lower them.
