Employees were beyond friendly and helpful. The food was good-I brought a fork from home because I was told by others forks are not provided, I don't like to eat with my fingers. The show was ok, I was bored, but the kids enjoyed it. I wouldn't purposely go back but if the kids absolutely had to go I'd do it for them.

Had a great time. It was my first time last night. Employees were pleasant and food was good. Show was great.
We bought the VIP Royalty ticket on Groupon and got front row seats in the arena. As long as you come early, you don't have to wait in line for too long. There's also plenty of things to see in the lobby while you wait for the show to start (e.g. souvenir shop, bar, a small museum). The staff is very friendly and part of their shtick is to call everyone "Milord" or "Milady" which is a nice touch. We didn't expect the food to be amazing, but it was good enough.
