We took our grandchildren, both boys, both around 10. You would think they died and went to heaven! I would splurge and upgrade if you can, bring a camera and some extra cash for tips and plan on 3-4 hours of fun.

My boyfriend, his dad, and I surprised his daughter with a trip to Medieval Times on Saturday, and when she saw the castle she freaked with excitement. When she got inside it did not disappoint. She, as well as the rest of us, enjoyed the food, staff, and show. She loved it so much that after the show, when they were resetting, she asked me what they were doing... We went there on Saturday, midway through the show, the power went out and they had to improvise. At the end, the place was all dark and my kids didn't get to meet the princess. It was sad but they had a good time when they were cheering!

Came here Saturday for my husband's birthday outing. We arrived 30 mins late because of the snow but everyone was amazing in getting us in right away. Our server Gina was very friendly and wonderful. The power went out and we weren't able to get our group photo but the photography manager was very helpful and understanding. She gave us t-shirts instead. All in all an amazing experience!!! We will definitely be back!

Took my daughter for her birthday and met some friends... We all had a great time!! The only drawback was that they lost power but, they tried their best to keep the show going!! The food was good and the people were great.. Will definitely go back..

Place was clean, drinks were strong, food was delicious. Was it worth the heavy price tag with the entertainment? Ehhh, maybe? The experience is better once you get a group going and the price drops down.
