My friend and I had a wonderful experience here on Thursday July, 23rd. The parking lot and grounds were very clean and well kept which gave me a great first impression (although, who is looking at pavement when there is a castle in front of you). All of the staff was friendly. We got our picture taken with the king, he was great to talk to! Once they let us in the arena, we met our server, Steel, on the yellow and red knight side.
