The staff at Schaumburg 4pm was amazing, my first child was crying over the color crown we were given so they gave her an extra to take home in the color she wanted. Other child forgot headphones in the car (and once you’re in you aren’t getting back out and fighting against check in traffic) and they were kind enough to give her ear plugs when they saw her struggling with the noise. It was a great time. One of our group was knighted by the queen. Service was excellent. Our surf Lucas was fun and energetic. Food was delicious. Three of our group were first time visitors and had fun cheering and booing. Getting to meet our knight at the end was great!
