I’ve done the pirate show so I went ahead and did another dinner show for this trip but wanted to do something different so went with medieval times. So we came in five minutes late. My family wasn’t ready in time. We get in, get seated, everything is great as far as entry. My toddler has been sleeping from 11am and it’s 5pm. Me and dad have been taking turns carrying him all day. He scratched his cornea with sand and is in pain. So he wakes up and says he needs to go potty. Show looked so fake. Other dinner shows I've seen don't look fake I know all shows are fake but make it more realistic. I am glad we had coupons I would hate to have paid the full price..
The show was pretty boring. Lots of dead time and actors just talking. There was also about 30 mins of just showing off one horse at a time in the arena for 5-7 mins which also was un entertaining. The service was the only thing that was knocked out of the park on our visit. Our server was incredible and honestly was the only reason I didn’t place a complaint before we left on Sunday night. Hope should definitely be recognized for a great job.

If you make plans to go here, make sure you have backup plans. I understand needing to cancel shows, but we were only notified less than 24 hours before we were supposed to arrive at the castle, and it was too late to cancel our hotel room. I understand that shows get canceled, but we could have been given enough notice so that we could have made the show TODAY. Not happy, and birthday surprise ruined. 💔
