Was a bad experience from the point that I checked in. Paid for VIP but not recognized at check in, I had to go back and request lanyard after the fact, very embarrassing situation to be put in as a result of their oversight. Had I known what was to come, I would have left well enough alone. I paid a premium fee only to be seated at eye level with the "active" back ends of horses. Then some hand responsible for scooping the excrement sifted it for 5 minutes right by my seat only to waft the smell up several rows. That's abou... read more

What's the point of sending someone a birthday email for a free admission if you have to pay for upgrades and the cake. I called and when read the email that states "equal or lesser value". I am paying for a Kings Royalty ticket, the birthday ticket should be free but instead I am being charged an "$22 plus tax upgrade" Plus $10 for cake. We go every year and I have never had this trouble. Asked to speak to a manager, was told she was too busy. So I spend 450.00 on this event for my sisters birthday , and show up an hour before the show , Surprise ! The show is cancelled. No explanation , no nothing except a bored ticket girl , who acted annoyed with me for interrupting her day off. Then they offer me a reschedule , too bad I can't reschedule my sister's birthday to coincide . Then too make a lousy sitution worse I have to wait 3 to 5 days for the to be credited back to my credit card . Then when I call to c... Gave away tickets then sold them and were told they sold out. So basically they sold our tickets. Drove 30 minutes and waited an hour in line. Ridiculous.
