We had to stand outside in 110 degree heat for 15-20 minutes because of your idiotic ticket process. If you’re going to keep this system you need to add a tent/shade system in the front of your building and perhaps some fans and misters too. Whoever designed the entrance process obviously doesn’t understand Az summers and the heat. Additionally, your guidelines indicating guests should arrive up to 75 minutes before showtime is beyond false — you only want guests there in the hope they’ll buy some stoic photo or a flashing s... read more
