First off, I realize that we attended on the second day of the opening of this particular "castle" and there would lots of kinks still to work out. However, that's what soft openings are supposed to do...don't "practice" when I pay upwards of $70 per person!) I bought the Queen package (a $25 upgrade to the normal price) for my family of 10 so this was not a inexpensive purchase (again, upwards of $70 per person with extra fees, etc). RecommendedThis place is sooo much fun. I think the staff did amazing being it was opening night. They show was amazing and the horses are sooo beautiful and talented. All staff was so nice. i highly recommend this place. Cant wait to go again.

RecommendedHad a great time. Food was amazing. Went opening night, hopefully the staff will find their rhythm, no one knew what they were doing. Long Long Long lines and wait time for everything. But staff were super friendly. Had VIP tickets, paid extra but still had to wait in heat an hour to get in. Still had to wait in bar line 40min to get a beer. RecommendedIt was great! Servers were great! Only recommendation is putting the prices of the bar drinks on the menu when you go to the bar. For a drinks and a Souvenir cup was over $40- bit steep. But all in all well worth it! Went opening night to boot!

RecommendedI had an amazing time! There was such an amazing energy walking through those doors. The knights and everyone did an amazing job with this show. I didn’t want to leave at all. I would defiantly recommend they get their photo thing down though. We took and photo, was told it go lost, took a second photo without the Queen, then they found the original. But I definitely understand that mistakes happen. We’re only human right?

RecommendedIt was a wonderful exciting experience to share with our son & family. First night opened & things went very well. We attended the one CA 6 years ago & throughly enjoyed that one our grandkids were smaller then & got very excited. This one in Scottsdale did themselves proud our now older grandsons had fun tonight as well. Would recommend this as a fun exciting family event!
