John was great to deal with. I remember calling asking about a car, and him pulling it out and having it up front so when I got there I could look at it right away. He was easy to talk to, didn't try to annoy me in regards to trying to get me to buy the car. I was happy to have the windshield replaced at my house. Overall, I was pretty satisfied in getting my car from Medina Auto Mall.
