They went above and beyond to make me happy! Long story short... I bought a brand new car a couple months ago. Had issue after issue with it. I drove the loaners more than I drove my car!!! They bought back my car and got me in the same exact car for the same price!!! I'm super happy! Definitely will be buying all my vehicles from them from now on!
I’m very pleased with my experience at Medina Auto Mall. The entire staff went above and beyond to help me with the purchase, especially my salesman Eddie Q and Roger in Finance. After having the same vehicle, that I have been outgrowing, for the past nine years it was nice to get into a newer, more reliable vehicle and have some upgraded features/options. Long story short we had a tree fall and crush my garage and 2 cars. My bf car ended up totaled. After trying with multiple other dealerships and being denied I seen Medina (over an hour away from me) on here and decided to give them a try as my bf and I have not so good credit ect. Travis got us approved with a very good payment for a vehicle with very low miles not only that but he did this all over texting and when he was done all we had to do was go in and sign papers and leave with the vehicle.
