RecommendedI can't say enough about the awesome customer service of their service department. They go above and beyond. I dropped off my Jeep for an oil change and tire rotation. They don't only drove me to the nearby Bob Evans so I could have lunch while they service my vehicle but when I returned it was sparkling clean!
Great customer service and our salesman Travis Styers was very knowledgable about the product. I have purchased probably twenty cars over the years and this was the easiest transaction with a dealer I have had. Vehicle was exactly as advertised and the financing with Dale was quick and easy. We drove two hours to check this vehicle out and buy and had zero disappointments. I would highly recommend dealing with Travis. I will return in the future for my families automotive needs.
I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from John Geraci last fall. Today I removed my hard top but was having difficulty installing the parts for the soft top so called John and he said to bring it in and he helped and taught us the what and how's. Best auto sales rep I have ever met. Thanks John.
I had a great experience. I dealt with Travis he was great. I explained to him prior exactly what I was looking for and that spending a day shopping for a car was out of the question with my schedule. He was the only one out of several dealerships that I contacted that took the time to do the leg work and find me my new jeep. We've gotten 4 vehicles from here since 2011. The first was a 2006 HHR-(A-LEMON) & traded it for a 2012 Dodge Avenger. Traded the Avenger for a used 2011 GMC Sierra. And Purchased a 2009 HHR. After purchasing the 2006 HHR-LEMON, we have been picking out certified pre-owned. The 2011 GMC & 2009 HHR was/is cerified pre-owned. Dusty is our salesman.....DUSTY IS THE GREATEST!
