I bought my first car here! Of course our experience could have gone better if we (the customer) were better prepared with our proof of residence/income. Besides that the salesman that worked with us, Chuck, was very quick with finding exactly what I wanted, patient, and upfront about our deal. Overall we had a satisfactory experience buying from Medina Auto Mall.

My new car purchase experience was by far the best I have had. From my salesman, to the guy working out price negotiation, through to my finance guy, they were all fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Not one person had a cocktail attitude (like most salespersons). I will definately continue making purchases here.
