I used a different Cadillac dealer for previous 2 leases and they were not able to touch the deal I got on this one. I called in, asked some questions and Dave handled the whole deal over the phone. They were very accommodating to my mother who could not walk very well and delivered her car to the house. Stand up crew, transparent process start to finish. On November 1st my husband and I set up an appointment with Scott in advance, as we knew exactly what we wanted - just needed to order it. He was 15-20 minutes late for the appointment and as we sat there, no one even addressed us. (should have been a red flag!) Drove down to test drive a car and the managers changed their mind on allowing me to test drive the car. It was a 30 minute drive one way, then to wait 30+ minutes was very disappointing.
Those guys are scumbags if you don’t buy car from then they refuse to work on your 1000 mile brand new car I’m talking about service absolutely shameful then brought car to a different dealership in Akron and they took care of everything costumer service was great but you guys shame on you never had this happen to me before and this problem is under full warranty of course but for some reason they would not work on my car sad 😔
