They posted a lease deal for $279/month sign and drive 0 due at signing, 0 down payment not including tax title and doc. Ok fair, i got in contact with the dealership, was absolutely ready to catch a flight to Ohio to pickup the car. I used a different Cadillac dealer for previous 2 leases and they were not able to touch the deal I got on this one. I called in, asked some questions and Dave handled the whole deal over the phone. They were very accommodating to my mother who could not walk very well and delivered her car to the house. Stand up crew, transparent process start to finish. Drove down to test drive a car and the managers changed their mind on allowing me to test drive the car. It was a 30 minute drive one way, then to wait 30+ minutes was very disappointing.
On November 1st my husband and I set up an appointment with Scott in advance, as we knew exactly what we wanted - just needed to order it. He was 15-20 minutes late for the appointment and as we sat there, no one even addressed us. (should have been a red flag!)
