A good overall experience working with Medina Ram. My sales associate was top notch, extremely responsive and direct to the point. I appreciate the communication via text messaging and the support extended for an out-of-state buyer. The pricing on the truck I was purchasing was at the top of the visor leaderboard, however it was a battle to get to my number on the trade-in. I went here to look at a RAM 1500 Tungsten that was being advertised on multiple websites. The dealership was 2.5 hours away. When I arrived one of the salesman told me that "the owner had the vehicle and was like the 20th person who stopped by to see." I replied by saying "okay, when is here going to bring it back?" The salesman replied and said "I do know" and but that he'll try to get ahold of him. I said okay, I'm heading up to Cleveland so I'll still be in the area for another 4-5 hours. Would do less star's if I could!!! So we lease three jeep at this time the last one is for me daughter who drives it back and forth to college daily. After we just made the forth payment the gas gage stopped working and the gas light stays on all the time( even when I just filled it up) So we call to get it in to be looked at and they say that they couldn't even look at it till some time late October????THAT'S THE REASON I LEASE ITS YOUR CAR NOT MINE!!!! so I guess ill just stop paying the payments till you can get it fixed!... read more
