I saw Monick Crain today. She seemed very concerned with my well-being and upcoming numbers for my physical. Took the time to listen to me, and offer advice. As usual all the ladies at Medlink Jefferson made me feel like I belong there. Recommend highly to anybody seeking medical care. Monick is great, and easy to talk to.

From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor was just a perfectly amazing experience they listened to me and not once did I feel rushed or like I wasn’t important they were all very respectful this is hands down the best doctor office EVER! Going here I feel like my problem because their problem and when I leave I feel like they accomplished everything the possibly could! Love it!!

The facility appeared to be clean. All of the front office staff was polite and friendly, and provided me with a face mask when I asked. Dr. Hawn was professional and efficient. She prescribed 3 medications that should help. Although her communication style with me was rather terse, her caregiving was thorough and on point.

The overall experience should have been the best, but there was one incident that proved frustrating. While my dad, husband, and I were already inside, someone from the front desk (whose identity I'm unsure of) abruptly sprayed Lysol and asked us to wait in the car, conveying it in a manner that made me uncomfortable.
