El año empezó mal! Ahora no atienden las llamadas rápidamente, no contestan y se deja mensaje y no regresan la llamada. Dure 1 semana sin medicamento por que me dijeron que debía ir al blood test y la cita que tenían disponible está hasta el 18 de Enero, me quedaron en enviar un refill y no lo hicieron, solo hasta hoy me lo enviaron, y no me hicieron el blood test, me dieron así el refill. I have no complaints about this visit. I was delighted to meet the new nurse practitioner who replaced my original one. I am also a little upset because I was not rescheduled with a new professional after my original PCM left the practice a few months ago. I had to call to make an appointment to ensure I was still in the system.
