Simply put, everyone knows what they are doing. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, kind and patient; even when I had the same questions I am sure they hear daily. They offered great advice on how to get pre-approved but also to set us up for the future. Being knowledgeable AND kind is a combination that is hard to come by these days. Dawn Martinez communicated way early in the process and continued past closing. Fast closing less than 30 days. The whole team was fantastic. We spent more time with the two previous Mortgage companies and didn't get anywhere. The communication was the best I have ever seen.
