Megan; you and your team are always a delight. The only downside I'd have to say that I experienced was with Dawn Martinez. Her communication wasn't as clear or as quick as needed at times. I can understand a day maximum to hear back sometimes on certain things especially since we all have multiple clients and transactions and life in general to keep us busy. From communicating with other team members and lack urgency on returning calls timely. We had to call Josh for assistance and he was able to assist us and he always tried to make sure we had what we needed. Don’t know if working with an out of town lender was beneficial.
