Melanie is very personable and listens. She is great to answer questions and get you to a specialist as needed.
She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in layman's terms. Not only is she very nice; She is also knowledgeable and listened to me. I look forward to having her as my pcp.

Melanie is absolutely awesome! Her expertise literally saved me ! I came in with lower abdominal pain. She immediately ran a UA and sent me for a CT scan, having me come back to her office as soon as I the tests were done. I was instantly brought back and put in a room where she told me with the most heartfelt compassion, I was being sent to CHI ER to have my appendix removed before it ruptured. It was excellent! waiting time was not long,nice friendly smiles, the whole experience was excellent.
I had an anxiety episode in the waiting room I was helped quickly before it turned into a full blown anxiety attack that would have taken a long time to overcome. The staff was very helpful and I really appreciated that. It’s embarrassing but from what I can remember I was in great hands from the moment I knew I was in trouble
