Process was smooth until the last step. I told the loan agent that my spouse will not be on the title a whole week before closing. However, only 2 days before closing that she got back to me that my spouse and I will need to sign some doc with notary. This cost us $150 each person and thus changed the final billing, which cost us another $30. All of these fee can be avoided if more awareness was raised timely.
