Melissa blamed the agents for the delays in this transaction. Her email communication was very rude and I professional. When I replied to her emails regarding the delay in closing and outlined several factors that caused the delay, she never responded back to me. She continued to give the agents instructions on what needed to be fine immediately in order to close, the agents followed those instructions. However , the multiple timelines to close we’re repeatedly not met due to the lender. .
