Melissa was very knowledgeable and able to provide guidance on a non-standard situation. Melissa and her team followed through every step of the way. Our offer was a back up, but was selected and her team executed flawlessly. They funded at close and neither the seller or I had any issues.
This is the second time that my husband and I have worked directly with Deann and she's fantastic! Deann and her team were so helpful. I love how direct she is with us and she also guided us on how to clean up our credit to get a higher credit score. We are not planning to buy another house, but in the event that we were in the market for another mortgage, we'd definitely use her again.
