Melissa is fabulous to work with. She answers your questions and walks you through the whole process. I recently gave birth and was hesitant with others in my house during our refinance because of Covid and Melissa was nothing but understanding. She establishes relationships with her clients and that’s why I chose to reach out to her this year after my positive experience with her 5 years ago when we bought our house. I’ve recommended her to my parents and other friends and family. My parents also had a wonderful experience!
We needed a quick close with a VA Lon (two things that don’t go well together) and Melissa and her crew got it done! They we amazing, very informative, easily accessible, and excellent at what they do. They even had their insurance broker call me and saved me $300/year on insurance! To top it off they locked us in at a great rate. I cannot say enough great things about Melissa! I wasn’t super knowledgeable about the process and I am so glad we went with a her!

Melissa, kristy and Carla were fantastic. Buying a house is a big deal and they were very helpful every step of the way. Closing took 50 minutes to complete and seeing Melissa at the closing shows how much she cares about families . I will recommend all of my friends to call Melissa.
