My experience with Melissa was overall pleasant. She was extremely informative, patient, and knowledgeable with the different options and questions I had in mind. Melissa is very prompt and made my whole process extremely smooth as possible. Using the app everything is user-friendly and she also followed up with me through email and phone calls which is great for me.
