This is the 4th time I've worked with Melissa. I know that whether I'm buying or selling I can count on Melissa to get me the best deal. She always goes to bat for me and is a GREAT negotiator, respecting everyone's boundaries throughout the process, including our own. I could have sold my last property through a private sale, but I decided to hire Melissa instead, and in the end, even after paying the commission, I ended up making more money. I can't recommend her enough.
