Fat fingered my calendar and missed my (free) initial phone consult. I’m sorry, I screwed up. They wanted to charge me a refundable $50 to reschedule appointment. What are they going to charge for my divorce by time it’s over? $10, 15, 20k? I understand the policy, I’m sure you get stood up all the time. But that is the cost of doing business, in my opinion, and the policy is a giant red flag regarding future interaction’s.
