Wonderful atmosphere. Door in and out was solid and unmarked and added to the speakeasy vibe. The room was dark, but with beautiful lighting, stunning bar, and well decorated space with different alcoves. Service was attentive, but not intrusive. Our server was very knowledgable about the cocktails and food on the menu. Loved Mel’s and will definitely be back soon!! Todd was our bartender and made the best drinks! We had the pork rinds with the French Onion Dip, tasty!

First time experience before a Pacers game and the atmosphere was wonderful. Cocktails were interesting and good. Service was great.
We wanted to see what Mel's Speakeasy basement food, beverages & environment was all about before the Pacers/Rockets game. Thoroughly enjoyed the smoosh burger and fries, Manhattan and Guinness and Sun King Cream Ale. The service was very attentive, knowledgeable and abundant - the perfect amount of touches to ensure their guests were taken care of & satisfied. We'll be back!

Lovely space from top to bottom! Engaging, enthusiastic service! $30 for valet in Indianapolis seemed high, but they were quick & very nice.
