Gorgeous center! The staff are very nice and efficient. Everything is organized and professional. Painless exams! Will be back next year for my annual mammogram & ultrasound! :)

Terrible customer service by the ultrasound lab technician. I had an appointment for a breast ultrasound on Wednesday, Oct 21 at 1pm. I was only doing the breast ultrasound with them due to my insurance covering the expenses 100 percent. I was told to bring a CD with my previous mamogram and breast ultrasound from 2025 and to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier so that they had an opportunity to review it. I usually visit the Memorial West location for my annual mammograms and have always had a comfortable, professional experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit at this location was not the same. The technologist was nice enough, but clearly not as experienced as the techs. at Memorial West. I understand that implants may need a bit more positioning and pressure, but in this case the amount used was excessive.
