Very professional and caring. The staff was very supportive and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Meekins was excellent. He explained everything he was going to do more than once to be sure I understood. He was just as thorough about my aftercare. The front desk was also very professional. Will definitely continue to use their practice.
My Service at this Oral Dental clinic always has been very well appreciated the Staff are amazing and polite.My Surgeon made sure that I was instructed on every thing that was to be done step by step.it took me a Year to find this Special place,after one call I was in.they quickly got paperwork in order for me then made sure I had everything I needed to heal properly. The staff was extremely professional. They were so warming when it came to making sure you were comfortable. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she was all over the place running things. She is a real super star. Dr. Staples was very professional as well . One minute I was out the next minute he was done excellent service. Thanks for taking the pain away.
Just 3 days ago I was experiencing some of the worst pain in my life and I made a call to a surgeon that my dentist recommended and they were booked until November, that was definitely a no go. Found a number to Memphis oral group they got me in within 24 hours with a set of rules of no eating nor drinking. The entire process was painless.
