@Vincent: you could have a million signs telling me where everything is and if I want to know where something is I'll still ask and won't be embarrassed. Just do your job and help people.
There are large signs hanging from the ceilings, as well as isle marker signs that help you locate the general area of your items. It's embarrassing when you ask for help and it's in the next isle.
Employees have an open break room. This does NOT mean they want to answer questions on their lunch break
I'm sorry but the customer service in this store is crap! No one knows where anything is and sends you off to someone else who isn't in their department to help you.
You can write a check, but everyone behind you will hate you for it
Cashiers are to stand in checkout aisles when they don't have guests so you know they are available to help you
