I am very pleased with my experience at Urology of Indiana. The entire team, from the receptionists to the medical professionals, are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and make me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I am grateful for their exceptional care and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of urological services.
This practice cares deeply about their patients and works to solve the problems, listening and responding. As a new patient, Dr. Tatem saw me within just a few days, and gave me the time I needed without rushing in to the next patient. He's GREAT! Understands men's issues and accessible, compassionate, and a regular guy you can talk to about anything! The PAs are the best...office staff so helpful and accommodating.
Your telephone system.upset me. You need to have actual operators or greatly simplify thr system.

It was good, not much waiting time and efficient.
The staff got me in right away, I saw my PA and she went over my results with me,she showed me where I am and gave me a goal where she wants to be.Im very satisfied with my physician and her staff.
Timely, informative and professional. The staff was courteous and kind. Dr and staff were caring and listened quite well. I had a great visit and Dr. Vestermark eased my concerns. Both he and his staff are an asset to your company.
