The staff here has been phenonenal! They helped us peacefully end the life of our first kitty and helped ease our mind about making that sad, but necessary decision. And they have went above and beyond helping us with our new little boy we got. I was unexpectedly faced with the crushing decision to end the life of my friend's beloved cat. They were overseas and couldn't be reached. Tobie's condition went from stable to life-threatening. I had never been there, this wasn't my pet, I was consumed with worry, fear and sadness but Dr. McLaren was comforting, the staff was warm and sympathetic.
