The staff here has been phenonenal! They helped us peacefully end the life of our first kitty and helped ease our mind about making that sad, but necessary decision. I was unexpectedly faced with the crushing decision to end the life of my friend's beloved cat. They were overseas and couldn't be reached. Tobie's condition went from stable to life-threatening. I had never been there, this wasn't my pet, I was consumed with worry, fear and sadness but Dr. McLaren was comforting, the staff was warm and sympathetic.
