Very lovely lady. Made me feel very comfortable , only been once so looking forward to seeing results but the quality of treatment was top class. Definitely recommend.

This place is a joke! If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s the 3x time I come all way here for my appointment and the door is looked and she’s not there. This is such a lack of respect! I Hope groupon can refund some of my money because honestly I’m speechless with the merchants they pick.

Do not waste your time and money. 1hr40 min later I have half of my lashes ripped off and was treated like trash. Truly disappointing
This place is only open 3 days a week. She has very limited availability and it's almost impossible to reschedule within the same month. She also contacted me after our appointment time to tell me she had an emergency and would be available 1 hour later.

She is soo irresponsible, very unprofessional. When she decide to take your call and make you an appointment you never receive a confirmation, and when you go or call the day she set your appointment she always says that you don’t have any. That happened to me three times and I’m asking for a refund to Groupon. Save yourself a headache with this woman. I traveled 4h for nothing. Worst service ever
Very unprofessional! They scheduled my laser hair treatment only to go there and no one was at the office! They completely forgot to call me to reschedule, and kept lying to me over the phone with excuses, and not only they didn’t want to come to work but has been almost a week and they never called me back to apologize or reschedule! Very disappointed with them! Save yourself a headache guys.
