absolutely insane how they treat customers when they have their almost 100k car stolen and won't make it right...
They managed to let some get the keys to an AMG on the lot and take it up to Ohio and have done nothing to resolve the situation other than inconvenience the owner that initially dropped the vehicle off in their service area.
A friend of ours had their car stolen at this dealership after it was dropped off for service. Why go to a dealer that can't even secure their customer cars properly?
I purchased a vehicle on 10/5/2018 and have yet to receive my permanent DC tags and registration nearly 2 months later. I have been in person to the dealership since my first visit and it still takes me multiple phone calls and emails to get the information I am requesting. After my first set of tags expired in early November, I had to spend an afternoon following up to receive a replacement set and was assured by one of the sales managers that my patience was appreciated and that I would be compensated for the inconvenience... read more
Very pleased every one is very professional
So with todays experience I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change that took 3 hrs. I spoke Mr. Terry and he did not listen to anything and thinks 3hrs wait is good for an oil change. I had my daughter with me when I tried to speak to him and when my daughter started to speak something he RAISED his hand at her. I did not know if he was tring to HIT her or shut her speach down but I had to step in and tell him not to address my child that way. After that he kicked us out of his office.
