I showed with out an appointment due to a battery issue. The nice attendant accommodated me without hesitation. I had to do some calls for my business during my wait so the attendant showed me to a set of glassed in rooms to choose from where I could have privacy. The battery was replaced under warranty and I had no charge for the service. Not only that, but I got a carwash for free ! Great service experience!
