Overall, service was satisfactory. Waiting time after service for the car was extremely long. Prrices quoted by the dealer for added items seemed ridiculously high - new battery $379, and replacement of a cracked valve stem on the spare tire - $44. Both will be done at a Firestone store at a tremendous savings. General comment is that Mercedes maintenance, overall, is far from being even reasonable.
