My service experience has always been very good at this location Benny Christensen always handles my service professionally. He keeps me informed and is realistic with factory service recommendations Most folks wouldnt take a 2010 C class to the dealership for service because of the supposed cost. However our car is in perfect shape with only 55K on it So if you own a Benz and are having issues. Stop taking it to a local shop and take it to the Pros at Mercedes Benz Plano
