We had our hardwood floors refinished six years ago. It was a disaster, and left us distrustful of future floor companies. Last year, our floors were damaged, and we had to have them refinished again. I wanted a company with a good track record, and I chose Mercer because they have been in business for more than 65 years. Every step of our flooring installan was simplified by Mercer's helpful staff. We wanted hardwood and we thought we knew what we wanted. Kaitlin showed us a variety of samples and we went in an entirely different direction. Delivery of materials went smoothly. The intall by Dan and Doug was masterfully finished, will full attention to details and our needs. The flooring transformed our home and the entire process was delightful.
