My daughter had engaged the services of Mercers last July to carpet and hardwood her entire townhouse. EVERYTHING WENT WRONG and the excuses were just lies and more lies. These folks do not practice ethical business transactions. We held back the last payment and they believed it was okay to run that balance through on my credit card without authorization. Final straw for me and why I am posting this review today.

Ms. Cosgrove, like during our earlier phone conversation, we apologize for the misunderstanding that resulted in the previously agreed upon balance being run. This has been credited back the amount like promised. Your daughter's project was not up to our standards by any means, sadly most of which was not something we were able to control or predict. Hence, our significant attempts to make everything right for her including a notable discount on the project.

At the time of purchase, you were thoroughly informed about it's quality level, which you and your husband were fine with while telling us that it was a temporary fix. Terrible. Overpriced, cheap carpet, terrible customer service. Nasty.
