Cleaning job by Holly great! Office is clean, efficient and skilled . Would highly recommend having a permanent receptionist at the front desk to greet customers with a smile and even welcome them by name to make them feel more at ease and provide a nicer experience. The current method of arriving through the front door gives a cold, factory like-feeling because the front desk is large and void of a human being. A major stepping stone in my dental journey - partial denture with implant. The implant allowed me to have a stronger bite and my smile back after the loss of 3 teeth and bone loss complications. I couldn't be happier or more appreciative. Shout out to Mercer- Sydell Dental in Ocean View, DE. The team of Dr. Sean Mercer and all the hygienists, assistants, and office staff are incredible! Office is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. All the dentists that I have seen at the office, are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to hearing my needs and concerns. Highly recommend Mercer Sydell Dental.
The work performed was fine! The price was over 120 dollars OVER what they said my visit would be. Nothing extra was done. The billing person said a mistake was made on the original pricing 165 dollars is a lot different than the 283 dollars I was charged.
