Excellent - wonderful people
I broke a tooth over the weekend and I did not have a dentist. I called the Mercer Sydell office in Milton and explained my issue. The first question they asked was I in pain, I was not, so they still fit me in in a couple of days. That in it self would be impressive for a new patient, however, the actual treatment by the staff was great. Dr Galen and her assistant did a wonderful job of treating my problem with their care, understanding and knowledge. The staff is wonderful and assists with your needs in every way. I had an appointment scheduled for a check up and cleaning, but the day before had a crown fall out. I called the office so they would know what to expect when I came in so maybe they could change what would be done when I got there. They were able to take care of everything, the cleaning, checkup and reinserting the crown. Very Happy they were able to accommodate all my needs!! Thank you!
The addition of report cards to the visit was a great addition. It would be helpful if they were a little more specific, especially with respect to the depth of pockets and the location.
I really appreciate Jen. She always does such a thorough job cleaning my teeth and is always happy to answer my questions and to make suggest.
Friendly staff, professional, and I always feel comfortable here and the work has always been done quickly, painlessly, and with high quality.
