I have found a new Dentist! Today was my first visit to Mercervilel Family Dental, and everyone from the Receptionist to the Doctor were super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend this practice!
I was most impressed with the practice. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. What impressed me the most was the technology and my hygienist Kaitlyn was very professional, informative and put my mind at ease. Dr Stern was kind and considerate and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a change.
Yes, it is one star but there are circumstances. A new dentist was necessary due to my lifetime dentist retiring. Mercer Family Dental was recommended by my former dentist. My records were transferred to Mercerville Family Dental. The Mercerville office reception area is well decorated and comfortable. The exam room was small and crowed with dental equipment and lots of monitors. Small enough to cause getting into the exam chair to be an awkward maneuver. First on the agenda was "digital X-rays." Kaitlyn took good care with me. She was very focused and explained all the procedures very well! I was impressed with the whole Dental office and the experience overall.
Very lovely office. The staff greets you with a wonderful smile. I found out a lot about my teeth. My first visit, but I will be returning.
