RecommendedShipped a small truck from Northern CA to Central IA with Mercury Auto Transport and had a great first-time experience overall. Jake Horner (agent) stayed in regular contact from booking to delivery, and June Carrol (fulfillment) also checked in. The carrier delivered in 3–4 days as promised. Price was fair, service was reliable, and I’d use Mercury again.

I reached out to Mercury Auto Transport about 4-5 weeks in advance, and Melissa was thorough in explaining the process and staying in contact the whole time. She secured a transporter and he picked up my car on the date agreed upon. Everything went smoothly and my car was delivered 3 days later (Vegas to Virginia). Mercury continued to stay in contact until my car was delivered and they truly made this a stress-free experience. Thank you!!!
