I had never shipped a car before and was very nervous about doing so. I was very lucky and picked the right transport company. Eric La Gra was my broker and explained how the whole process works, the communication was amazing from everyone involved, Andrei was my driver and delivered the car from Florida all the way to Washington State in 5 days, earlier than expected. Great experience! The car got delivered in the same condition it was picked up. From California to Mississippi. The entire process was easy, fast and reasonable. The team was effectively communicating all the details throughout the transport of my daughter's vehicle. I would recommend this company. No issues other than a one day delay in delivery which was communicated in advance and not an issue with us. Dean was awesome in coordinating the drivers. Scott Hawley and Mercury Auto Transport saved me! I needed to move a travel trailer from the Northeast to the Midwest. Had several quotes and initially went with Voyager Transportation Solution out of California. Turned out to be a scam. Quoted me a low ball and didn't post my load for almost a week later and over 2x! Drivers kept "falling thru" and needed new contract and yet another deposit. Despicable.
