Jim Gozde handled two transports for me in the space of two weeks. When I had some concerns about communication from the first carrier, he ensured that the second one would be easy to reach, and followed up several times to make sure I was satisfied. I used Mercury to transport a vehicle from the east coast to the west coast. I was very pleased with the service and process. Melissa, the Mercury agent, was easy to work with, responsive and helpful. She quickly found a carrier who could transport the vehicle in the time frame requested and the car was delivered on time.
