RecommendedTransporting my mobile sauna from Illinois to Colorado for my business was pretty nerve wracking! (It's an odd shape and a tall size) I had one carrier in place who ghosted me last minute. Mercury came to the rescue and secured transport within an hour, 2 days before pick up! The transporter was friendly, professional and communicative. It was a huge relief knowing I could trust them to get my trailer where it needed to be, and on time.

I had trouble finding an agent who was willing to work with me, be upfront about the cost and communicate clearly. I was glad I went with Mercury Auto Transport! Logan updated me every day, and made sure my car got to me safely and efficiently. They were also very good about asking about updates after the car was shipped and making sure that it got here smoothly.

Great service from start to finish.. Angelo reached out with a quote very shortly after I submitted a request. Quote was one of the more reasonable ones that I received, and I was impressed by the reviews and Mercury’s BBB rating. Angelo sent me an update every day, and I was able to follow the progress of my vehicle across country online .

😀After multiple searches for an auto transportation company I decided to go with Mercury to ship my daughter's Nissan Sentra from WI to AZ. II stayed away from "low priced" quotes knowing they will add $$ to the final bill at some point in time. Logan was very professional and transparent about the process and cost. The car was picked and delivered in the time window provided and no issues were encountered.

Excellent customer service from the beginning, the communication with the agent, the driver and I was great, I received my 3 vehicles sooner than I expected and was handle very professionally. I highly recommend Mercury Transportation to anyone. ☺️
I was apprehensive about transporting my car however, working with Ryan Savage the process was seamless and stress-free. Ryan was very helpful in explaining the end-to-end process, provided helpful information and promptly coordinated the transport. The added value of having June in Mercury's Fulfillment Dept monitoring the pickup and delivery was very helpful.
