Great experience. Ivan was great to work with. He sent several emails with information that is beneficial for first time shippers that set expectations for the process. Ryan Fowler was absolutely great. Outstanding communication, great pricing, honest about how the industry works, always kept in touch when needed, very timely shipping dates, let me know all of my options in advance, set me up with a very credible transportation company (who were also great communicators). I have moved a lot and Mercury Transport was the best experience I’ve had compared to other companies. We moved at the end of September, last minute we decided to transport our cars. I called on a Sunday and my 2 cars were picked up on a Tuesday. The delivery was excellent... the cars were delivered 1 day earlier than expected. Highly recommend this company!
