Yes! Their service was amazing especially Rachel Nelson, she helped me every step of the way. This was the first time I had ever shipped a vehicle and she explained everything in detail to me so that I truly understood everything. Then during the whole process she constantly checked in with me to see how things were going and did a great follow up! I can’t rave enough about her and Mercury!
